Spooktacular fun at Craigavon extravaganza

With Halloween just around the corner, make sure you don’t miss out on an exciting night of ghostly goings-on and fantastic fireworks at Craigavon Borough Council’s annual Halloween extravaganza!

Taking place on Thursday, October 30 the theme this year is medieval monsters based on the phantasmagorical artworks of Hieronymus Bosch – a famous painter from the middle ages.

The freaky fun will begin at 4pm in Rushmere where you will find, music, dance, comedy, stilt walkers and exciting Halloween themed arts workshops to keep the crowds entertained.

The Ulster Youth Jazz Orchestra and Sam Nuadas Medieval Music duo will be providing some stunning live music and everyone will of course be dressed in weird and wonderful fancy dress costumes so make sure you come along in your own original outfit!

The parade will leave Rushmere at 7.30pm and will be led by Samba drummers who will escort everyone down to Craigavon Watersports Centre to watch the amazing fireworks explode at 8pm.
