Stendhal tickets now on sale

THE Stendhal Festival of Art is set to take place on August 20 at Ballymully Cottage Farm, Limavady, and will feature music from Turin Brakes, Andy Irvine, Key of Atlas and a raft of others.

Tickets are priced at £15 for a day ticket, £20 for a two-night camping ticket, and £25 for a family pass which includes two adults and up to four children under 18 (limited number).

But that is only half the story, as part of organiser’s commitment to quality at an affordable price, and the ethos that this festival cannot exist without the community, a ‘Stendhal Forever’ ticket scheme is also being launch which will see anyone that purchases tickets in two of the first three years of running the event, benefit thereafter from a free ticket to the event for life.

Organisers of the event said: “We believe that people will see the value in the Stendhal forever scheme, we hope that as the festival grows the community that got behind us at the start can reap the rewards of their support.

“We have tried to keep the cost of tickets as low as we can because we understand that in the current financial climate, times are tough for everyone, especially families, which is why we are trying to provide them with a fantastic day out or camping trip at a very affordable price.”

Along with music, Stendhal Festival will be highlighting the best in local art, poetry, dance and sculpture, will be providing children’s workshops, yoga classes, and much more in terms of eclectic entertainment from all genres of the arts, for more information log onto www.stendhalfestival.com
