Talk on 20th century ceramics at Flowerfield Arts Centre

MIKE Robinson’s talks at Flowerfield Arts Centre on the theme of 20th century ceramics have proved to be very popular – unfortunately the last in the series had to be postponed at Christmas because of the bad weather.

Mike is back to present the final talk, on the subject ‘A Fine Figure – artists working in clay break new boundaries’, on Wednesday February 16th at 7.30pm.

Educated at Lancaster College of Art, Mike Robinson is a lecturer, writer and critic, formerly Curator of Decorative Art at the Ulster Musem. He is also a fellow of the Royal Artistic Society and his main interests are in Chinese and Japanese art, contemporary glass and ceramics and aspects of Christian Art.

If you’d like to attend the lecture, admission is £4, payable at the door on the night.
