New albums from U2 and Coldplay
In 2015 both U2 and Coldplay plan to release their second albums in a year.
2014 saw Coldplay win over new fans with the ambient Ghost Stories while U2 got tongues wagging with Songs of Innocence, unleashed indiscriminately upon iTunes users worldwide. U2’s follow up is entitled Songs of Experience, and this time round they’ve promised it’s only available to paying fans.
The new album from Coldplay will be their seventh and it’s been hinted it might be their last. GC
