Three princesses take title

THIRTY acts took to the stage on Sunday night for the grand final of Craigavon Has Got Talent 2011.

Three girls, each playing Princess Fiona from Shrek at different ages, won over the judges and crowd and came in first place. Tammy Sharpe, Amy McConville and Holly McConville sung the song ‘I Know It’s Today’. The act was slick, performed to a very high standard and deserved to be crowned the winners and win the £300 prize money.

Show Producer Kieran Corr commented: “I would like to thank all the acts who performed in the final and the team at St Anthony’s for making the show such a big success. The judges did a great job and there can’t be too many complaints with the winning act. It was truly superb and all three girls have a bright future.”
