Tickets up for grabs for Flash Harry at the Odyssey

IT seems that audiences can't get enough of fantastic Northern Ireland super-group Flash Harry!

Folowing on from a sell-out show this time last year, Flash Harry are back with the Ulster Orchestra in the same venue on Saturday, January 23 for another one-night special - The Music of Queen - Rocked Up and Classical.

Flash Harry’s high octane and electrifying performances are renowned for being so much more than a tribute act, each of the five band members including: Stevie Shanks (drums), John ‘Click’ Cleland (bass guitar), Stevie Boyd (lead guitar), Stevie Prosser (keyboards) and the ‘Freddiesque’ Harry Hamilton are very talented and professional musicians and have perfected their act for over 17 years in the music industry.

The band have performed to sell-out crowds in many of the UK and Ireland’s most prestigious venues including Belfast’s Odyssey Arena, Grand Opera House and Waterfront Hall; Dublin’s The Point Depot, London’s Royal Albert Hall and as far away as Dubai.

It took over two years to compile this fantastic show which incorporates the rock classics of Queen with the classical and combines the talents of Flash Harry, the Ulster Orchestra and a 40-piece choir, guaranteeing an uplifting and brilliant night out for everyone. The amazing musical arrangements were written by Dr Frankie Lyons, senior lecturer in music at the University of Ulster, Magee Campus.
