THE Patsy Duffy Memorial Benefit next month is a sell out and looks like setting a new fundraising record for Alzheimer’s, Northern Ireland.

The Duffy family from Magherafelt have managed to persuade some of the biggest names in television to support the gala ball on March 7 at Titanic Belfast.

These include James Nesbitt, Fiona Phillips and Sarah Travers.

The amount raised will probably exceed £50,000 - the most ever raised on one evening for the Alzheimer’s charity.

In this interview, Lisa Duffy talks about the background to the event and how dementia robbed her family of a much loved father.
