Vis-Art Club ready to display talents
Members of Ballymena Vis-Art club have been working tirelessly over the last few months finalising works for their forthcoming annual Art Exhibition in The Braid.
At the opening ceremony on Monday night special guest Danny Kinahan MLA, owner of Danny Kinahan Fine Art, Templepatrick, said he was very impressed with the quality of the paintings on display and ‘predicted a bright future for the members of Ballymena Vis-Art’. Also present were members of the local Samaritans and Alzheimer’s Society branches which will each receive a donation from sales of paintings and catalogues at the exhibition. The exhibition runs to Saturday, November 30, and opening times are Monday-Wednesday 10am -6pm, Thursday–Friday 10am to 9pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.
