Art Exhibition opens

An exciting new art exhibition by Firsty? North Coast opened in The Arcadia, Portrush, last Saturday.

Firsty? North Coast is part of the Firsty? networking group originally set up by Bangor artists and creatives to share ideas and opportunities. It’s members organise themselves using Facebook.
“I am really excited about this exhibition,” says local artist Isabel Kerr, one of Firsty? North Coast’s co-founders. “I have had solo and group exhibitions before, but nothing like this! There are so many local artists involved and the Arcadia is a lovely space - right beside the sea and the beach and with lots of natural light. It really is worth seeing.”

As well as the exhibition, Firsty? will be using the space to hold art and craft demonstrations and workshops. The exhibition is open every day until 2 September.

To find out more, look for Firsty North Coast on Facebook, or call into the Arcadia.
