Welcome for Joseph

ON Monday night Clann Eireann played the second of its run of five shows to a packed and wildly enthusiastic audience.

St Coleman's Hall was full to capacity and the buzz was electric both on the floor and back stage for their production of Joseph.

The show is proving to be very popular and is a bright and colourful spectacle. The cast are reaping the rewards of their hard work over the last few months and they are enjoying the success they so richly deserve.

The sets provide an excellent backdrop to a lively and animated performance by the cast. The costumes are fabulous and the attention to detail makes every scene on the stage a real feast for the eyes. The music and singing are spellbinding and the performances of all of the cast are great.

Johnny McGuinness is excellent in the role of Joseph and he is well supported by a seasoned and talented cast. The show boasts a few surprises but you'll have to come along to see them for yourself.

The children's choir features some of the youngest children to take part in their shows.

There was a further perfomance of Joseph last night (Wednesday) and more on Thursday and Friday. The doors open nightly at 7.30pm with the show starting at 8pm. Admission is 5/3 .
