Win tickets to Fat Boy Slim at Giants Park, Belfast

BELFAST is set to rock as global icon and electronic music extraordinaire Fatboy Slim descends on the capital for a spectacular landmark event.

Fatboy Slim, aka Norman Cook, will make history on Saturday, May 8 as the first artist to perform a concert at Giant’s Park, Belfast, located on the North Foreshore of Belfast Lough.

Presented by PLM Promotions, the groundbreaking event will also play host to some of the world’s leading electronic music artists including Deadmau5, Kissy Sell Out, Zane Lowe, Sidney Samson (‘Riverside’) and Thomas Gandey (Cagedbaby).

From playing to 250,000 people in his home town of Brighton to headlining Glastonbury and obtaining Number 1 hits, Fatboy Slim is both a pioneer and true superstar of his profession.

Tracks like ‘Praise You’ (UK Number 1), ‘Right Here, Right Now’, ‘The Rockafeller Skank’, ‘Gangster Tripping’, ‘Star 69’, ‘Weapon Of Choice’ and ‘Demons’ are just some of the smash hit records, No 1 tunes and Top 40 songs accredited to the English DJ/producer/live performer.

He has notched up four solo artist albums; Better Living Through Chemistry, You’ve Come A Long Way, Baby, (UK Number 1), Halfway Between The Gutter And The Stars and Palookaville.

He’s headlined major global festivals like the O2 Wireless Festival, Good Vibrations, Global Gathering, Rockness Festival and of course two appearances at the world renowned Glastonbury.

Tickets, priced at 39.95 plus booking fees (standard) and 64.95 plus booking fees (VIP) go on sale at 9am on Friday 5th February from Ticketmaster, www.plmpromotions.com and independent outlets nationwide.
