Win two of the hottest opera tickets in town

World class opera returns to Belfast Waterfront in the shape of Bizet's Carmen, courtesy of a fabulous company of international soloists, highly praised chorus and full orchestra.

The show comes to the Waterfront on Tuesday April 19 at 7.30pm and the Star has a pair of tickets to give away to one lucky reader.

This dazzling production features Bizet’s unforgettable score with one breathtaking melody after another, including the Habanera, the Seguidilla, the Flower Song, the Chanson Boheme and perhaps the best-known baritone aria of all, the Toreador’s Song.

Hailed as the most seductive opera ever written, Carmen is the story is of the bewitching gypsy girl whose tantalising beauty lures a soldier to desertion and leads to her own murder.
