Wine expert at Palomo Bistro

A WINE expert will be imparting his knowledge to guests at a special gourmet wine night at Palomo Bistro later this month.

On Saturday, April 20, Palomo will be joined by Darren Rafferty from JN Wines, a wine expert who has a vast amount of experience buying and selling wines and frequently visits the vineyards of Italy, Hungary, Spain, Germany and Portugal.

Darren holds a WSET Diploma in Wine and has conducted many courses. Darren will be visiting Palomo Bistro on Saturday 20 April at 8pm, so come along and learn, experience and taste a selection of wines. The perfect opportunity to ask all those wine related questions!

This is the first wine night at Palomo Bistro and promises to be a fantastic evening. We will be serving an exceptional four-course meal along with a selection of fine wines from the vineyards of France, California and New Zealand.
