“I would love to make a career out of writing. It is my passion,” she told the Times.

Here is just one of her poems but make sure you visit her site online to read more...

Ducks astray

A flap and a waddle

A honk and a quack

Meddlesome ducks, wandering away

Green, misty grey and pure white

The three musketeers join in fight

Adorned in rich, thick feathers

Scatter the paved yard

Ann, scarlet in the face from a-calling

Rounds up the Drakes for the night

Meddlesome ducks, can’t you see her plight?
