Avenue One picks up Customer Service award

Owner Sarah Callan, who has worked in the industry since 1994 and opened the salon nine years ago, said the clinic has enjoyed great success ever since.

She told the Leader she was shocked to win the award, but grateful to have been recognised for the business’s commitment to customers.

“I’m really overwhelmed and I want to thank my dedicated team and all my supporters,” she said. “It’s just a great award to get, it means all my hard work and my team’s work has paid off.

“The fact the award was voted for by reader shows our dedication to our customer service is obviously working and it means that we keep striving to get 100 per cent every time and keep going for things like this.

“We will be celebrating our tenth year in business next year, but every single year is a new year for us and I think customer service is the way forward. I can’t thanks our voters, supporters and customers enough and my family and friends. It’s just been overwhelming.”
