Carrickfergus surveyor commended RICS head

A Carrickfergus man has been congratulated on becoming a newly qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Paul Olding received his diploma at a ceremony in the Ulster Museum in Belfast.

Fiona Grant, chair of RICS UK & Ireland, praised Paul for achieving RICS membership.
