Drivers urged to slow down in village

DUP Alderman, Maurice Devenney, has appealed to motorist to slow down when driving through Eglinton.

He said he was heartened to know that the PSNI would be taking a particular interest in speed along Woodvale Road.

“I have received complaints from residents about speeding along this road and have been in contact with the PSNI who have assured me they will increase patrols and take appropriate action.”
