Economy Minister to visit Lisburn to talk to business owners
She was invited to the city by Lagan Valley MP Sir Jeffrey Donaldson, who is also encouraging people to support local businesses as the restrictions begin to ease.
Speaking ahead of the visit, Sir Jeffrey said: “This week marks the beginning of what we hope will be a recovery for our retail sector in Lisbrun city centre with the reopening of close contact businesses such as hairdressers and beauticians. This is to be followed soon by the reopening of all non-essential retail.

“I would encourage our local residents to support local businesses in any way they can and to shop local.
“If we want to have a vibrant retail heart in our city centre we need to support local businesses.”
