Jobless figures rise
UNEMPLOYMENT in Coleraine has risen slightly from this time last year.
Figures released by the Labour Market for the month of February 2011 show that the number of people without work in the Coleraine Borough Council area is 1,868.
That figure is made up of 1,360 men and 508 women.
The figure has risen by 1.5% compared to January 2011 and has risen by 0.3% since February 2010.
