‘Ma Kelly’s’ enters a new era

THE legendary ‘Ma Kelly’s’ Bar in the heart of Ballymoney is entering an exciting new era and is set to go from strength to strength with two of the north Antrim hospitality industry’s best known ladies now at the helm.

Liz Lamont - well known in hockey circles in particular - and Pauline Gallagher - have taken over the running of the bar at 21 Church Street and already the crowds have flocked to a champagne reception at the bar which was held last Friday night.

Liz told the Ballymoney Times: “We are delighted to be taking over the running of the pub which has always been a favourite spot for locals out for a drink or for good food and entertainment.
