Moy Park Dungannon gets a new boss

In a leadership shake-up at Moy park, the company's Dungannon factory has been appointed a new general manager.

Gary Maxwell, is relocating from Craigavon to take on the at Dungannon.

He was promoted to Craigavon Site Manager in 2014 and with the support of his team has overseen a period of significant site development, achieving strong factory performance combined with the delivery of major investment projects.

Meanwhile, Aaron Whiteman has been appointed General Manager Ballymena.

With Moy Park since 1999, Aaron is reported to have strong operational experience and a proven track record of success throughout his career.

Working closely with the Director of Operations, the company says he will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvements to maximise operational effectiveness and delivering the highest standards in service and quality.

With Maxwell moving to Dungannon, Brian Johnston is returning to the Craigavon site to take his former role as General Manager, having completed an interim assignment at Ballymena as General Manager.

A Food Service graduate from Queen’s University Belfast, Brian joined Moy Park in 2012 and has contributed significantly to operational leadership and continuous improvement.

He will be responsible for driving performance in safety, quality and customer service.

The appointments are to support the further growth and development of the Moy Park business.
