New £1.5m Home Bargains superstore to create 50 new jobs

A UK discount retailer is to create 50 new jobs when it opens a £1.5m superstore this weekend.

Home Bargains is opening at Marlborough Retail Park in Craigavon on Saturday November 21.

The discount store will take over 20,000 sq ft space at Marlborough Retail Park which already has attracted impressive tenants such as Marks and Spencer, O’Neills, Airtastic, Starbucks and Burger King.

Director of Retail Advisory at CBRE, Alana Coyle, who worked on the Home Bargains deal, said: “The addition of the Home Bargains superstore to the Retail Park is fantastic news.

“We are delighted to have worked with the landlord to bring this significant investment to fruition.

“Discussions are at an advanced stage on the last remaining unit in the 1st phase of the development at Marlborough Retail Park and we are looking forward to

welcoming further new retailers in the period ahead.”

The landlord was jointly represented by CBRE and Cushman Wakefield, whilst Home Bargains where represented by Biggart &Co.
