The developers say a website setting out details of the development will go live from May 3 (though no web address is given yet), and say that neighbours of the development will get leaflets from April 26 (Monday) onwards.
They also say all Lurgan councillors, Upper Bann MLAs, and Upper Bann MP Carla Lockhart have been notified of the plan.
The plan falls under the jurisdiction of Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.
