Road resurfacing to begin
LOCAL councillor Elizabth Ingram said she is pleased that resurfacing work is due to begin on a stretch of road which had been badly affected by recent severe weather conditions.
“After several complaints from road users on Kilkinamurray Road in Katesbridge about the deplorable state of the road after the recent frost, I am pleased to say that on contacting Roads Service I was informed that complete resurfacing of this road from Katesbridge to Kilkinamurray would take place in the next few weeks,” said Mrs Ingram. “Until this work is carried out I would remind road users to take extra care while travelling on this stretch of road.”
