NHBC’s role is to support the industry in maintaining and improving the build quality of new homes for homebuyers, whilst providing the benefit of its 10-year Buildmark warranty protection, when required.

David Little, NHBC regional director, said: “Last year NHBC registered over 2,400 new homes in Northern Ireland, site managers play an important role in delivering these. And by adding a competitive element to house building, recognising exceptional site managers like Ricky, Pride in the Job promotes continuous improvement in the quality of new homes, year on year, for homeowners and their families to enjoy.

“I have visited hundreds of sites, and to reach this level of the competition means without question you have to be the elite of this industry. Ricky is building homes of a very high standard, and is worthy of a Seal of Excellence.

“At NHBC we believe that recognising the workmanship of the best site managers plays an important role in bringing high quality homes to consumers, creating homes we are proud to live in.”
