Titanic contract for local firm

LOCAL exhibition specialists Redhead Conference and Exhibition, based in Lurgan have won the contract to design and construct this year’s Titanic 100 exhibition on behalf of Belfast City Council.

This year’s exhibition will celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the building of the ship and will be on display at Belfast City Hall during the Titanic 100 festival celebrations this April.

Redhead’s winning design will showcase photographs from the time featuring the design and build of the ship, its launch, Belfast in 1911 and the Titanic in dry dock.

The exhibition will be on display on the front lawn of Belfast City Hall for the entire month of April while an indoor version will also be available to view in the same venue.

Sarah Lyons, Managing Director of Redhead said; “We are delighted to be working with Belfast City Council on this initiative. It is an exciting and creative project that confirms Redhead’s position as one of Northern Ireland’s most innovative exhibition designers.”

Redhead, located on Plantation Road, also design and build conference sets, modern interior office solutions and indoor and outdoor graphic display systems.
