These ribbons are used to decorate the tree which is located outside Tesco at Minorca Place.

The proceeds this year will support the work of Action Cancer, Children’s Hospice, the Cancer Fund for Children’s Daisy Lodge project and Diabetes UK.

The club expressed gratitude to Anne Ritchie, Tesco’s Community Champion and the management of the store for facilitating the project.

Club members are supported in manning the tree by members of the Carrickfergus support groups for Action Cancer and Children’s Hospice, Carrickfergus Inner Wheel, Carrickfergus Men’s Probus Club and volunteers from Abbey Insurance.
