Hillsborough YFC holds farm security event

Hillsborough Young Farmers Club’s farm security event proved to be a successful evening for members and the local community, a club spokesperson said.

This event highlighted the importance of farm theft issues relevant to the farming community.

Police officers provided information on the Farm Watch Scheme which highlighted the importance of farmers and their neighbours being aware of any suspicious activity in their area and the best way to act upon this.
