A Garvagh-based flock has had one of its ewe lambs named as Reserve Champion at this year’s Irish Beltex Sheep Breeders Club show.

The Reserve Champion title went to Garvagh-based Michael and Kile Diamond’s Ewe Lamb Pointhouse Hope ET.

Artnagullion Gee-Gee, a Shearling Ewe from Elizabeth McAllister’s Artnagullion Flock, took the Supreme Champion title at the Show and Sale held at Dungannon Farmers’ Mart.

The next Irish Beltex Sheep Breeders’ Club event is the AGM held on Thursday, January 12 in the Royal Hotel, Cookstown at 8pm.
