Academy team runners-up in Tech Challenge

Year 10 pupils from eight local schools took part in the technology competition hosted by Northern Regional College and Ballymena Rotary Club at the College’s Farm Lodge campus, which saw them go head-to-head to design, build and test an operational crane.

This year’s annual tournament saw a total of 76 pupils take part from St Benedict’s College, St Louis Grammar School, St Patrick’s College, Slemish Integrated College, Dunclug College, Cullybackey College, Ballymena Academy and Castle Tower School who came first.
