Members heard that the CRS also go out in groups of three on Safety Patrols every Friday and Saturday night on the River Lagan, covering all eight bridges from 10pm until 3am.

The CRS, a charitable organisation run entirely by volunteers, is dependent on public donations and, is a primary response unit for the PSNI. It is a regional organisation which is always looking for volunteers, not just to participate in searches but also to fundraise, organise equipment etc.

Amanda Crymble presented Stuart with a donation prior to monthly business being conducted.
