Domincan College pupils hear from local business owner

Pupil from Domincan College have been working with a local business owner as part of the Young Enterprise programme.

The charity recently welcomed Dave Lynas from Lost and Found café in Portstewart for a seminar with the Portstewart based pupils.

Dave inspired the local teens to think about entrepreneurship and spoke to them about the skills they’ll need for work.

The Young Enterprise charity would like to extend it’s thanks to Dave Lynas from Lost and Found Café in Portstewart.

Dave helped to deliver the ‘YE9’ programme at Dominican, offering an exciting insight into entrepreneurship developed for 12-13 year olds.#

Another local young entrepreneur has been celebrating thanks to YOung Enterprise. Charlotte Campbell from Coleraine High School will represent Northern Ireland at the ‘Next Generation Leaders Forum’ in Canada after being named as runner up ‘Entrepreneur of the Future’. Full story P3.
