The group, situated across three sites in Northern Ireland (Moira, Lisburn and Ballymena) was established in 1993 by owner/manager Michelle Rea and now provides day care for over 300 children, including 18 funded places in the playgroup, and employs almost 100 staff.

Michelle said: ‘There was a very definite demand for more space at our Moira Nursery, but given our busy location, not just parents dropping off kids, but also daily traffic both in and out of the Moira area, we were restricted as to what we could achieve in the limited time and space available to us. The McAvoy Group brought us a wonderful solution to our problem creating a 2000 Sq Ft building, most of which was built off site and delivered to our door for the finishing touches.”
