Each of the three episodes features a range of recipes, which include Chinese family favourites from her childhood like Beef Ho Fan and popular Irish dishes like roasts - and, each programme concludes with an indulgent dessert, offering home cooks the chance to develop their baking skills. Each episode also features a local family, who will turn out their cupboards and fridges to provide inspiration for Suzie’s creations.

In the second episode, chef Suzie Lee celebrates the humble egg, creating a bespoke quiche based on ingredients provided by the Parfitt Family from Banbridge. She also talks us through Egg Fried Rice on a BBQ, the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich and a rich chocolate tart.
