Fold statement

THE Fold Housing Association said it is working closely with the Housing Executive and the builder to resolve the situation.

The Fold said says their Staying Put service aims to assist older and/or people with disabilities by offering them free practical advice and support to adapt their homes.

“Fold was recently notified on behalf of the client about the lack of progression in the building works and has worked closely alongside the NIHE and the contractor to resolve any issues. Fold has since been assured by the contractor that they will return to site as soon as they have all the appropriate materials to complete the adaptation. Fold have been advised that the materials have been ordered. Staying Put will continue to offer support and practical assistance to the client so that their adaptations may be completed as soon as possible.”.
