Larne diner closed for ‘deep clean’
A Larne restaurant has had to close for a ‘deep clean’ after two staff members tested positive for Covid-19.

Posting on their Facebook page earlier today, Brooklyn Bay Diner wrote: “We have just got word that two of our chefs have tested positive for Covid-19 and unfortunately we will not be opening today or tomorrow.”
Despite an earlier message posted on the page that it would be able to offer a takeaway service, the Redlands Road diner said it had since taken Government advice to close .
“We will try and bring staff members from our other restaurants to deep clean the premises and offer a takeaway service when we are due to return on the 27th December,” the post added.
