The Mayor commented: “Joining your local library opens up a world of information, I was amazed to learn that simply by becoming a library member I can now use the free magazine service which has 200 titles to choose from. I can now select my favourite publications and even explore titles which I would not have necessarily considered before. I don’t even have to come into the branch I can view and read everything at a time which suits me, it’s an excellent service and I encourage residents to use it as it’s free..”

It is free to join your local library. Members can use any library or mobile library in Northern Ireland.
