22 social units planned for Nelson Drive

THE housing association that built the award-winning Ralphs Close facility for the Western Trust in Gransha wants to build 22 new social housing units at the back of Nelson Drive adjacent to Kilfennan Valley Park.

Trinity Housing has applied for permission to build the new social housing on lands south of Nelson Drive and 50-64 Seymour Gardens.

The full application is for the construction of “social housing units consisting of 13 dwellings, and eight apartments together with associated car parking and landscaping facilities.”

The association is behind the Ralphs Close scheme for adults with learning difficulties in Gransha.
