A. At the moment I’m pretty obsessed with ‘Into the Unknown’ from Frozen 2 but if I had to pick a favourite song I’d probably go for ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’. I like both the original melody and the Eva Cassidy version.

Q. What is your favourite film and why?

A. I don’t know if I have a favourite film. A few of my favourites would be Mary Poppins and Hook. Both invoke wonderful memories of childhood and have incredible stories of adventure and the importance of spending quality time with your family. At the other end of the spectrum, I love Silence of the Lambs!

Q. What is your favourite piece of classical music and why?

A. Anything by John Williams.

Q. Who is your favourite artist and why?

A. I’m not really into art But I have a few lovely Alan Kirk prints that my best friend and her mum got us as a wedding gift. They are a little piece of home in my living room.

Q. What is your favourite play and why?

A. I loved The Play that Goes Wrong. I left the theatre with a sore face because I laughed that much. I was also really lucky to see The Ferryman a couple of times. It was really special.

Q. What is your favourite musical and why?

A. I find it hard to choose a favourite musical as I love so many. Maybe Wicked is my favourite. I could listen to that soundtrack any day of the week.

Q. What is your most special moment in the arts and why?

A. I think it is probably the fact that I was lucky enough to be part of the original London cast of Parade. That show was very special and people still talk about it today.

Q. What ‘classic’ just doesn’t do it for you?

A. Not sure it’s considered a classic but I absolutely despised both the film and the book of One Day. Don’t know why I decided to watch the film after reading the book!

Q. What do you plan to read/watch/listen to/revisit during the Coronavirus period?

A, I’m enjoying Season 3 of Killing Eve. I did try to watch the Star Wars films in chronological order but gave up after The Phantom Menace. I’d appreciate some recommendations!
