What do you like doing on your day off?

Generally I am very lucky and have most weekends off so I tend to do as much as possible, however I am very partial to a lie in when the choice is there. Most of the time we will be catching up with friends. The house has taken over a few weekends over the last year so it will be nice to get all the work done over the next few months and have our weekends back to normal.

If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be, where and why?

I have to admit it is very hard to beat going home to Mum’s on a Sunday for a roast dinner.

What has been your proudest moment?

I would have to say it was getting my first nursing job. I think it is a great feeling to know that the hard work has accounted for something. Don’t get me wrong it is still a lot of work and you are constantly learning new things, but I love my job.

What was the most frightening moment of your life?

Scariest experience for me was my driving test. I don’t think there is anything worse than it.

How would you describe your taste in clothes?

I am most definitely a high street girl. I love to shop but I wouldn’t spend a big amount of money on a designer piece of clothing. New look and Miss Selfridge are my first stop for most things.

What would you do if you won a million pounds?

Be delighted. Pay off our lovely mortgage. Nice new car, holiday - the usual.

What was your most embarrassing moment?

I honestly couldn’t pick one there has been quite a few, particularly in my university days.

What music do you like?

I like a bit of everything. I am probably a ‘pop’ girl at heart. There has been many an argument about musical tastes in our house between my fiancé Chris and myself but I like to think I am open to most things.

What sports person do you most admire?

Sorry sports fans I have no idea as I have no interests in sports!

Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream holiday be?

San Francisco, is an amazing place,. It is a beautiful city and so many beautiful places to see. We are off to Mexico as part of our honeymoon so I am hoping it will be like ‘living the dream’

What is your greatest remaining ambition?

To visit as many countries in the world as I can! I have a list the length of my arm of places I want to see so hopefully we can start ticking them off over the next few years!

If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?

Michael McIntyre would prob be a good one – celebrity or not you have to have someone that can make you laugh!!

If you were stranded on a desert island what three things would you want with you?

1-My phone
