Ballycastle Rotary success

Building on previous success is vital to the long term viability of any organisation and with this in mind, members of the Rotary Club of Ballycastle are delighted to mark their third year of charitable endeavour with a donation to Good Morning Ballycastle (GMB).

A well-attended Breakfast in late spring, as always, expertly overseen by members of both groups has now been established as a must attend for all interested supporters.

Rotary President, Sean McKinley, is delighted with the outcome and given the precarious nature of public funding at present, he realises that the proceeds are more welcome than ever.

Speaking at the cheque presentation, he expressed his thanks to Gemma McHenry and staff from the Central Restaurant for providing the facilities and to Kate Elliot from GMB for her assistance in popularising the event.

The connection which exists between Rotary and GMB continues to flourish and members are thrilled that their efforts continue to make a positive difference.
