Celebrate creativity with free virtual craft sessions this Christmas

Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s Arts Service is celebrating creativity this Christmas with free virtual festive workshops for all.

You can embrace the seasonal spirit by creating your own handmade decorations from the comfort of your own home.

On Saturday, December 5 at 12 noon, award winning Chelsea florist Elaine Taylor will guide online guests as they make a stunning traditional Christmas wreath using easily found and foraged material.

Simply collect what you’ll need from our Wreath Making List online at www.roevalleyarts.com/workshops/christmas-wreath-workshop in advance, and Elaine will help you to make a stunning showpiece for your home.

Children can also get creative with artist Natasha Duddy demonstrating how to make a gorgeous garland and super snowman card using paper and other everyday items that you can find at home.

The Kids Christmas Craft session will be held online on Saturday, December 12 from 12 noon to 12:30pm.

Both sessions will be available via the Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre and Flowerfield Arts Centre Facebook pages.
