Harryville Presbyterian Church and West Church will be hosting free money management sessions for anyone who wants to gain control of their finances.

“Our campaign is called Christmas Without Credit because we know a lot of people take out loans or rely on credit cards to afford presents and food. We want to give people the know-how to do it differently,” said Alison Chestnutt, who runs the CAP Money Course.

“Thanks to training from debt charity Christians Against Poverty, we run sessions to help people to budget and plan ahead, even if they have a small income. It takes all the guess work out of your finances and will give you not just a Happy Christmas in 100 days time, it will take away the New Year stress too.”

The courses run for three sessions starting at Harryville Church on Thursday, September 24, at 10.30am and at West Church on Monday, October 5, at 7.30pm. For more details contact Alison on 25652470 or www.capmoneycourse.org.
