Compass gets £37,336 Lottery bonus in People’s Millions - thanks to YOU!
Compass Advocacy Network’s Women Wise! project in Ballymoney has won a £37,336 Lottery bonus award following a week of gripping head-to-heads in The People’s Millions on UTV.
The project is one of four local groups celebrating a shared total of £166,032 this week, thanks to winning over the public with their inspirational ideas.
As the runner up with the most phone votes across the week, the project will now be able to make a real difference by bringing together vulnerable and hard to reach women of all ages, with and without learning difficulties, throughout the Causeway area to take part in workshops to improve their emotional and physical wellbeing.
