Council offers Introduction to Mediation course

Mediation is the process in which a neutral third party facilitates a process to assist the parties involved in a dispute to reach an amicable solution. This programme will introduce participants to the concept and skills required for effective mediation aimed at conflict resolution.

The programme is targeted at key statutory and community workers who have not already participated on mediation training and who engage with local communities. The programme will be delivered via Zoom from 10am-12 noon on the following Wednesdays: March 3, 10 and 24.

To register please email: [email protected] by March 1 at 12 noon. After registering, a confirmation email will explain how to join the sessions.
