Extra savings for coach passengers

Translink Goldline passengers travelling between Larne and Belfast on the 256 service can now enjoy savings on coach journeys until March 31.

A third-off both adult and child day return tickets is available seven days a week after 9.30am.

Translink service delivery manager for Larne, Sam Todd, said: “As we move into 2012 we want to help people travel more for less.

“Expensive car fuel prices continue to be a real concern for commuters and with this third-off coach travel deal we aim to ease the burden of travel costs in these austere times.

“Our premier Goldline coach services are also a more relaxing and hassle-free way to travel with no need to find or pay for expensive car parking spaces.

“We would encourage more people in Larne to try Goldline as a cost-effective, comfortable and convenient way to travel and are looking forward to welcoming more people onboard our services throughout 2012,” Mr Todd added.
