Flowerfield welcomes back Saturday morning art classes

AFTER celebrating one of the busiest-ever Summer Scheme of creative classes for children, Flowerfield prepares to open a new season of art classes for children on Saturday mornings, starting Saturday September 22nd.

The Splish Splosh and Artbox classes have proved to be extremely popular, with kids received high quality tuition from gifted and experienced tutors in a range of artistic skills - but places tend to go quickly!

Splish Splosh is the Saturday morning creative arts club for 3-4 year olds, running from 11am to 12noon for five weeks, starting on Saturday September 22. Parents are also welcome to stay and join in! The fee is £25 for a block booking of all five weeks, but there is sometimes the opportunity to join the class for one week if spaces are available – call Flowerfield for details of availability on (028) 7083 1400.

Running alongside is Artbox, the Saturday Art Club for 5-12 year olds. Artbox offers weekly creative craft workshops for children aged between 5 and 12 every Saturday, starting from September 22, in the company of a variety of talented and inspiring tutors.

The classes, which feature crafting, painting, drawing and more, run for five weeks. The fee is £30 for a block booking of five weeks, but there is sometimes the opportunity for young creatives to join in for one week if spaces are available – call the reception staff to check availability.
