Northern Ireland proudly has eight Michelin-rated restaurants who have either been awarded a Michelin star or a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
The Michelin star indicates “high quality cooking that’s worth a stop” while the Bib Gourmand indicates “good cuisine at reasonable prices”.

The Muddlers Club can be found huddled between Waring Street and Exchange Place in Belfast’s historic Cathedral Quarter. 5. Waterman Restaurant, Michelin Bib Gourmand - Waterman House, 5-23 Hill Street, Belfast
Waterman offers a contemporary European dining experience in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter. Having only been opened since June 2022 it is especially impressive that the establishment has received such a prestigious accolade.
