Starring Kevin Sorbo and Dean Cain (Adventures of Superman), the movie sees Josh Wheaton (Shane Harper) enroll in a philosophy class taught by Professor Jeffrey Radisson (Sorbo), an atheist, who demands that his students sign a declaration that “God is dead” to get a passing grade.

Josh is the only student in the class who refuses to sign and is then required by Radisson to debate the topic with him, with the class members deciding who wins.

Josh considers two choices: “I could sign the paper saying something I don’t believe. Or I commit academic suicide in front of a live audience by trying to prove that God exists.”

Local people are urged to go along and see how the story unfolds.

This special screening is being organised by Millbrook Church of the Nazarene and will take place at 7pm on Saturday.

All guests can enjoy free entry, drinks and snacks. Movie is rated PG. Any children under age 11 should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
