Both these tours depart from Townhead Street Car Park at 6.30pm returning at approximately 9.30pm. There will be tea and coffee at the final stop on each tour. Tickets are £7.

On Saturday 13 August, well-known archaeologist and author Jon Marshall, will lead a bus tour of important, seldom visited historical sites in the Ballymoney area.

This is the perfect introduction to the ancient heritage in our landscape and a chance to discover more about Stone Age tombs, ring forts, mottes, old graveyards and the people who populated this region during the last few thousand years. This tour takes place from 10.30am-4.30pm and tickets are £10 including lunch.

There are a maximum number of 30 tickets available for all of these tours so booking is advisable. Tickets are available from Tourist Information at the Town Hall 028 2766 0230.
